The time frame of an order delivery is divided in three parts:

Processing time: 1-5 business days

Printing time: 4-7 business days

Delivery time: 1-5 business days

Subject to change: Upon confirmation of availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and sent to printers within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon order receipt and another when it is sent to the printers. Printing Duration and Quality Check: Printing takes an additional 4-7 business days. Once printing is done, orders undergo a quality check. If, during this quality check, any issues are detected, our team will promptly notify you. In such cases, the affected book will be reprinted and shipped.

When your order is ready for delivery, it will be shipped with national couriers like, THE COURIER GUY, unless otherwise specified. Waybills are prepared in advance. You will receive an email from a third party vendor, eg. BOBGO, with tracking details.

Delivery Times and Unforeseen Events:

All delivery times provided are estimates and are contingent upon the courier’s ability to deliver. Please be aware that unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters or strikes, may potentially cause delays. It is important to note that we will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a valid email, mobile number, and accurate street address for door-to-door delivery.

Additional Considerations:

  • Deliveries to Plots, Farms, Chain stores, Power stations, Hospitals, and/or Mines may incur extra delivery fees.
  • SOUTH AFRICA: Delivery times range from 1-5 days, depending on location. Please note that we cannot deliver to farms, hospitals, or extreme remote areas.
  • INTERNATIONALLY: The delivery timeframe is typically 15 days, subject to change. For international shipments, we utilise a third-party vendor. It’s important to be aware that the charged rates do not cover Customs/Duty taxes/Insurance, which may be applicable in the destination country.
